The document is called motivational research. I didn't proof read it yet so sorry for any mistakes.
I wrote about 3 pages of free writing combined and it with about 3 pages of notes from two different books on motivation. The notes are mostly on theories of motivation, in my free writes I try to morph these theories of motivation to argue that trash talking can lead to positive motivation. Please look through my free writes and comment on if the concepts fit with trash talk, especially if the fit is positive. Also any suggestions would be helpful. Such as, "Austin I believe this can be motivating in this way..." or something of that nature. Also do you think that I should write about how insults/ motivation is processed in the brain? I was thinking that it could be a positive step in identifying how trash talk or insults can be turned into motivation. Let me know...
Regarding the draft you posted on April 2, I liked what you had so far because the friendly narration pulled me in. I was wondering, do you plan to keep that up throughout your entire piece or do you plan to do less of it throughout your piece? I think it could be interesting to keep up the narration throughout your paper, but I suppose that would depend on if your audience would value narration or the non-narration more.
